[01] The counter number does not increase when I reload my page or when I view it, why?
Our counters are set up to record one hit per person in a twenty-four hour period. Cookies are used to track visitors and the amount of hits. So if someone visits your site twelve times in a twenty-four hour period, it will count as one unique visitor and twelve hits.

[06] What is the difference between "Bookmark, Shortcut or E-Mail Link", "Blocked" and "Hidden" referrers?
We obtain the referrer through a standard JavaScript function. We will log the visit under "Bookmark, Shortcut or E-Mail Link" if no referrer can be found. Blocked or hidden referrers are when people use anti virus or firewall software which will block a site from obtaining any information which will then hide the referring data.
